The Creative Commons license is a legal tool that guarantees both the protection of the author's rights of an artistic work and the free circulation of the cultural content of this work, in order to allow authors to contribute to a heritage of works freely accessible by all.

License Type

Creative Commons BY NC ND

  • Attribution [BY] : The work may be freely used, provided that it is attributed to the author by citing their name. This does not mean that the author agrees with the use made of their works.
  • Non-Commercial [NC] : The rights holder may authorize all types of use or, on the contrary, restrict to non-commercial uses (commercial uses remaining subject to their authorization). It allows reproduction, distribution and modification of a work, as long as the use is not commercial.
  • No Derivatives [ND] : The rights holder only allows identical copying and distribution of the work — no derivative works are authorized.
